APPLICATION FEE

This fee is payable on lodgement of the Application for Admission form.  This fee is non-refundable and is $120 per student.

ADMISSION FEE

The Admission fee is payable on acceptance of the offer of enrolment. This fee is non-refundable and is $550 per student.

FEES 2009

Annual Fee for Years 7 is $4,950.00
Annual Fee for Years 8 to 12 is $6,070.00

Fees to be charged once per year in January.

BOARDING FEES 2009

Annual fee for Years 7 to 12 is $14,240.00

Fees to be charged once per year in January.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Fee accounts are sent once per year  and payable within 14 days of the account being rendered.  Where a payment option by instalments is preferred statements showing balance owing will be forwarded at the beginning of each term.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment should be made on the due date by one of the following methods:

1.         Mailing Your Payment

Tear off the remittance advice and send your cheque or credit card details to Iona Presentation College, PO Box 77, Mosman Park  WA  6912.

2.         Paying In Person

Present the remittance advice with your payment to the College Reception during office hours (8:00am to 4:30pm weekdays).

3.         Pay By Telephone

Telephone the College office on 9384 0066 (Ext. 206) and have your credit card details available.

Please note credit cards accepted are Mastercard and Visa.

4.         Paying By Direct Debit or BPay

This allows your account to be paid automatically to the College from a nominated bank account over 1, 2 or 8 equal payments. The advantages to you are: regular payments, no cheque or postage fees, no bank transfer fees, and simple one-off processing method.  Forms are available from College Reception.

To minimise the cost associated with the purchase of text books, the College supplies texts in Years 7,8, 9 and 10 in most subject areas. In Years 11 and 12 some courses are provided with additional texts and resources by the College.

All general and option fees are payable by 23 January each school year.

VOLUNTARY BUILDING FUND CONTRIBUTION

We welcome families who contribute to the Iona Presentation Schools' Building Fund which enables the College to provide and maintain buildings and equipment for the future. Donations to the Building Fund are tax deductible.

PARENTS' & FRIENDS' ASSOCIATION LEVY

The Parents' & Friends' Association provides essential support to the College. At the commencement of each year families are asked to contribute by paying the annual P & F levy.  (Cheques should be made payable to the Iona P & F Association).  A separate account will be forwarded by the P & F in Term 1.

MUSIC FEE

Private Music tuition is provided in the College and fees are invoiced by external tutors.  Tuition fees are payable in advance.

FAMILY CONCESSIONS (Tuition Fee Only)

            Second child                                              20% discount
            Third and subsequent children                     50% discount

HEALTH CARE CARD TUITION FEE DISCOUNT SCHEME

Holders of a means tested family health care card could be entitled to a discount on tuition fees only.
All enquiries to be directed to the Financial Manager on 9384 0066 (Ext. 217).
Closing date for applications under this scheme Thursday 5 April 2007.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

For day students one (1) term's notice in writing must be given to the Principal prior to the withdrawal of a student, otherwise a full term's fees may be charged. In the case of resident students, one (1) semester’s notice in writing must be given to the Principal, otherwise a full semester’s tuition and boarding fees may be charged.

STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Education Department of WA funds a secondary clothing and educational program allowance for parents holding a Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Pensioner Concession Card issued by Veterans' Affairs.

To be eligible, students must be enrolled in Years 8 to 12 and be born on or after 1 January 1991. Please contact the Financial Manager for further details.  Closing date for applications Thursday 9 April 2009.
