And the 2022 Interhouse Athletics Champion House is...Treacey!
We kicked off Term 3 with our Senior School Interhouse Athletics today - with the carnival marking the start of a very busy calendar of events this Term.
Students from Years 7 to 12 headed to the WA Athletics Stadium for a day of fun, sportsmanship, and a dose of healthy competition!
The wet weather didn't dampen students' spirits, as they gave just as much effort into cheering each other on as they gave to their own events. It's always fantastic to see the Ionian spirit in action.
Well done to all of our students for getting out there and giving it a go, and thank you to all staff who helped to organise and run the day so seamlessly.
Congratulations to Treacey House for taking out the title of 2022 Interhouse Athletics Champions, beating Columba House who came in second. Congratulations also to O'Dowling House for winning the coveted Spirit Shield - a credit to the enthusiasm and camaraderie they showed all day.
