To benefit from one of these scholarships, students from Catholic, independent and government schools, whose values align with those of Iona, are invited to apply.  A willingness to fully participate in the life of the College is an essential prerequisite. General Information Regarding Scholarships

Scholarship examinations will be held at the College early in 2025 for entry in 2026, and are facilitated by external examiners.

Any student entering Year 7 or Year 10 in the following year (including current students) is eligible to apply.

Students who perform well in their testing will be invited to an interview, with our Principal to assist in the final selection.

Scholarships are awarded based on the interview and results of the Academic Assessment Services Examination. At the interview, the Principal will take into account the student's involvement in her own school and local community.

All candidates will be notified of the outcome in writing by the end of April of that year.
